Terms of Service

The service

HVAC Agency designs, hosts and maintains websites for heating and air companies on a subscription basis. Previews are free and available for 7 days from first view.

Billing

The subscription is $61.07 every 4 weeks, charged to your card through Stripe until you cancel. There is no contract and no setup fee. Cancel any time and you won't be charged again; we don't issue partial refunds for the current period.

Your content

You own your logo, photos, text and reviews. You confirm you have the right to use anything you ask us to publish. If you cancel, we'll send you a copy of your content on request.

Edits and support

Reasonable small edits (text, photos, offers, services) are included. Larger projects, such as new custom features, may be quoted separately.

Domains and email

You keep ownership of your domain. We only change the records needed to point your website at our hosting and never modify your email settings.

Liability

We work hard to keep your site fast and online, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service or specific business results. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last three months.
