This policy explains what information HVAC Agency ("we") collects through hvac-agency.com and the preview websites we build, and how we use it.

What we collect

Information you send us. When you request a preview, we collect what you enter: company name, your name, phone, email, city and website.

Public business information. To build a preview, we use information businesses publish themselves, such as services, service areas, contact details, logos and public reviews.

Preview visits. When a preview site is opened, we record that it was visited, when, and whether the call or claim buttons were used. We do not store IP addresses or use advertising cookies for this.

Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

To build and deliver your preview, to reply to you, to run and support your website if you become a client, and to bill you through Stripe. We do not sell your information.

Your choices

Ask us to delete your information or take down a preview at any time and we will. You can also reply "stop" to any email and we won't contact you again.
